Refund policy

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our classes, that we're willing to offer a 10 day risk-free refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 10 days of making a purchase. 

Please keep in mind that even though we offer a refund guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service. Students enrolling for homeSchooling related courses (homeSchooling, e-classRoom, e-studyRoom etc.) can apply for a refund within one week of the purchase. 

However, fees paid for Olympiad classes with/without scholarship, Micro courses, tuitions(both lite and premium) and extra-academic classes are not refundable. Reason being they are either at a subsidised cost or being offered with a high amount of concession, or as a group course package.  

Fees for Courses offered under Memberships are not refundable. 

Membership fees too are non refundable. 

Kindly also note that refund due to any personal reason of the purchaser (not related to our service) is regretfully not considered.

We process refunds within 10 days of receiving the request from you. The refunds are credited to your wallet in homeClass & can be used to purchase any of our listed course. We do not do cash refunds. For further details, see T&Cs .
