Not a problem. However to be able to do any grade level lessons, the child needs to know the previous levels and expected to have learnt at home. If not, then child may be advised to start from a lower level than his age, as learning is most important.
There could be a difference in the method and syllabus followed in India. We will work around the issues if at all, arises. Children are resilient and grasp new ways better than us adults.
We will do weekly mock tests and quarterly assessment tests and provide parents with report cards with teacher's comments on a quarterly basis, during PTM.
Yes, after successful completion of the entire syllabus, certificate will be issued.
It is a merit certificate for successfully completing our course. It will also mention the grades your child acquires during the final term assessment with homeClass.
Our certificate is an indicator of the assessment of the child's learning with us. Acceptance of it is purely on the basis of the test the next school conducts. Our aim and focus is to get your child ready for clearing the entrance examination, that the next school conducts for enrolling your child to the next grade. The certificate has no meaning if the child does not display relevant knowledge for graduating to the next class. So, the certificate's value is limited to the child's capacity.
In primary learning, a lot of it gets repeated. We will take special care of the child's learning needs. However, a child if is joining in mid-session is expected to have been exposed to some basic learning at home. We will consider all aspects and discuss with you before enrolling your child. If need arises then additional classes may be arranged for the child, with mutual consent from parents.
"Only formal education will make you a living. Self-education will make you a fortune,"
"I suppose it is because nearly all children go to school nowadays and have things arranged for them that they seem so forlornly unable to produce their own ideas."

Homeschooling simply means educating children at home by parents or teachers.
It is unfortunate that we are in a society where only one major method is used to handle ALL children irrespective of their peculiar uncommon individual differences.
It is important to note that homeschooling is recommended mainly for two groups of children. The extremely excellent ones and the extremely slow ones. This is basically to allow them run at their pace which is different from the AVERAGE child.
It is sad to know that little is said about it in this part of the world and it makes the idea weird to so many people in India. Never assume what you don't know, rather do a good research about it and know the facts.
Some persons even assume homeschooling is cheaper than the traditional school but this is not usually true.
For many people that I know that thoroughly did homeschooling, it cost even more than conventional school, but what was of high importance is that the purpose was achieved.
Just like most things in life has advantages and disadvantages , homeschooling also has its cons and pros. Best result is achieved if used for a child with that special need.
One of the main setbacks of homeschooling is a child's development socially and emotionally but some children in homeschools belong to clubs where they interact with other children where other things such as games, crafts ,coding lessons are taken.
The homeschooling is strictly for academic purpose. It is also good to know that homeschooling is not usually done for YEARS, once the objective is achieved, the child can return to the regular school to balance up other social or emotional areas.
For instance , homeschooling was recommended for a child who was on the slow lane, after about 10months , he had improved so much that he resumed in school. The story has been amazing since then. Another child too who was extremely good, took to homeschooling and this helped her move far faster because she didn't have to wait for the rest to catch up with her. She confessed learning was more interesting and fun to her because she joined a more challenging class. Different strokes for different folks indeed.
In all, identify what works best for your children or ward, do your research and seek professional counsel then do the needful. The amazing thing about this is that even just 3 months assessment will let you know if it works or not.
According to Psychologists, there are four (4) types of INTELLIGENCE:
1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)
1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ):
This is the measure of your comprehension ability", solve mathematics; memorize things, and recall subject matters.
2. Emotional Quotient (EQ):
This is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others; keep to time; be responsible; be honest; respect boundaries; be humble, genuine and considerate.
3. Social Quotient (SQ):
This is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.
People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go farther in life than those with high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most Schools capitalize in improving IQ level while EQ and SQ are played down.
A Man of high IQ can end up being employed by a Man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.
Your EQ represents your character; your SQ represents your charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs but more especially your EQ and SQ.
EQ and SQ make one manage better than the other.
Please don't teach Children only to be IQ but also to be EQ and SQ.
Now there is a 4th one: A new paradigm
4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ):
The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life and come out without losing your mind.
AQ determines who will give up in face of troubles, who will abandon their family or who will consider suicide.
Expose Children to other areas of life, than just academic.
